The Burha Mayong forest is home to many species of birds, including the most endangered Hornbill, which can be seen from up close.
Silent Rocks is situated at a corner of the Burha Mayong village inhabitants of which are mostly Karbi tribes. The guests can go around the village and be at one with Karbi culture and rituals and see deft hands of women weave magic on handloom. The villagers make their own brew from rice and herbs in their homes for their own consumption. One can enjoy and can see the technology of preparing of the ethnic beverage.

Water directly comes from natural stream from atop the hill to the overhead water tank automatically without help of any power source. Water analysis in the laboratory confirms purity and presence of essential minerals in the water. However we have arranged advance filtration to ensure its purity.
